  • Before your booking at LiViagem Algarve’s website, we encourage you to read our Payment Terms and Conditions carefully.
  • These terms are an agreement between you and LiViagem Algarve from the time that the booking is made.

    Payment Terms
  • When you book directly through the LiViagem Algarve website, you should pay the total amount established. But, if you prefer, you can contact our team and follow the next terms:
  • 30% once availability is confirmed.
  • 70% directly to the driver before the tour starts.

    Payment Methods
  • When you book a tour through this website, you should make the full payment or the payment of the 30% deposit.
  • For bookings, you can pay through Pay Pal or Bank Transfer.
  • For security reasons and data protection issues, either ours or from our customers, our bank details will be provided after contacting me (email).

    Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • If you need to cancel your booking, you should notify us immediately. Please, check the following terms:
  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: there is no cancellation penalty. Total refund.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the tour is not refunded according to the decree law no. 144/2015. We inform you that in order to solve consumption conflicts, you must contact the Arbitral Committee of Tourism of Portugal at Turismo de Portugal.
